Daycare Booking Form

Any of my school shows can be used for school aged children at a daycare. They are all fun, fast paced and have educational value. Then, I have a special show for children 2-4. It's full of puppets, story telling, and a little bit of magic. My daycare shows are only $150 for one show. And, two or more shows on the same day are only $125 each.

If you are interested in two or more shows on the same day, then these shows have to be performed in the same costume.
